RC Lawn and Landscaping Warranty
& Policies
RC Lawn and Landscaping hereby propose to furnish material and labor, complete in accordance
with the above requirements and specifications. For 90 days from the date of this contract RCLAL will repair, free of charge,
defects in workmanship for work performed under this contract. The warranty covers labor only and is effective when your payment
is fully credited to QHS account. There are no other warranties expressed or implied and there is no liability for consequential
damages of any nature or kind. Incomplete or separate payment to the craftsman, for any reason, voids the warranty. Any misrepresentations
other than those disclosed in this agreement are disclaimed by RCLAL. Warranty repairs does not extend the original warranty
period. If the customer modifies the work done by RCLAL on their own in any way, then the warranty will be voided. For painting,
any selection relative to color,type, texture and style are the sole responsibility of the customer. Unless otherwise stated,
the estimate is for one coat of paint only. Primer coat paint is additional.. There is no guarantee on matching color of existing
paint nor of ceiling texture. Liability shall not exceed the cost of the service. The estimate is valid for 30 days from the
date of issuance. Payments will be made as 50% Deposit at contract signing and 50% at job completion. All changes to the original
contract, whether due to original work or due to concealed damages, MUST be made in writing, dated and signed by the customer.
A surcharge of $25.00 will be assessed on all returned checks. Permits are solely the responsibility of the customer. If customer
does not pay the amount due after 7 days, it will be declared a breach of contract and use all available remedies allowed
by law for collection. Customer will be responsible for all fees associated with any legal proceedings. Any disputes that
may arise under this contract will be subject to binding arbitration through the offices of the Better Business Bureau of
Metropolitan Atlanta.
Acceptance of Proposal :
The above prices,specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorizing the work to be
done as specified. Payments will be made as outlined above.
